Hello, it would be helpful if correspondence forms showed up under the resource tab. Currently they show up only under the activity tab, and the only way to view the contents is to open them to edit. There is also no way to lock the note. Thank you.

When updating the case Children it does not feed to the Resource page. We have to input the information twice in addition to making a comment.

Peer to peer fundraising
It would be helpful to be able to see a list of only participants who are actually fundraising. When someone registers as a walker as part of a family, it would be nice if they didn’t show up in a list of walkers - maybe they could just have the designation of “participant.” Maybe in the “Walker List,” there could be a toggle button where you can remove the names of family members who are not actively fundraising.

Since eKyros already has our supporters’ info, we want eKyros to build 1) an SMS/message prayer supporters via text (instant prayer alerts for AM/AV/AD patients); and 2) an html e-newsletter user interface (like Constant Contact or Mail Chimp). We currently pay 2 other vendors and must maintain 2 additional databases in order to stay in touch with these supporters in these key ways.

We switched our donor management to Donor Perfect as they have a much more robust portal to manage donor and donor information with alerts with gifts given, more customized report, more donor information tracking, etc.

Allow Multiple Case Visits in the Same Day
We have medical services and on-going case management. Sometimes clients come for both services in the same day and it would be helpful to be able to mark the different appointment services they received. It does not currently allow for us to track both if they come to the same center for the different services.

Intake Pregnancy Form
In the intake form the pregnancy test results are auto populated by the LMP. Then the nurse must modify it if negative or inconclusive. This should be blank until the actual test is completed by the nurse.

Intake forms in Spanish
We are having extreme issues sending mobile intake forms to our Spanish speaking clients. hey cannot access them on their phone and when we attempt to complete them via iPad in the office the verification fails. We have to resort to paper and it very difficult to translate.

For the donor side Batch correspondence - e.g. if we send a newsletter to everyone on our mailing list, we would like to create a correspondence for everyone within the category “Newsletter” When using batch entry to enter donations, when you choose a donor’s existing pledge, it would be helpful if the information from that pledge (amount, payment type, event, fund designation) would auto-populate in batch entry Is there a way to search for correspondence or a report for correspondence? For instance, if we want to send a follow-up letter to everyone who attended our banquet. More robust search engine - When searching the name of a donor, it would be nice if we could put in any part of their name to search - for instance, if you only know part of the name of a church or part of an address Are you going to allow us to create our own giving pages in FundEasy? For example, will we be able to create/design our own forms to collect specific information (e.g. Like if a business is donating as a sponsor, will we be able to create a form allowing them to upload their company logo? Or can we add an event header to a giving form?) For the client side Patient intake forms - It would be helpful if we could create our own forms or modify existing templates (we’d like to be able to add our own questions and not be limited to what’s in the template) Texting - Can we set it to where it is not defaulted for P to mean phone call and C to mean confirm? For the reminders you can change the text to say whatever but if you open the appointment it only shows C and P. Scheduling appointment reminders - It would be helpful if we could schedule appointment reminders so that we don't have to manually do it each time - e.g., it would be nice if we could schedule Sunday reminders for Monday appointments. It would be nice to have a way to send ultrasound images directly to Centerpiece (now we have to send them to an external folder, and then upload them to eKyros) - this would drastically reduce the number of steps it takes for our doctors to view and report on ultrasounds. Also, it would be helpful to have a measurement package with calipers for physicians to use in reading scans.

Portal Text Notification
The return text shows up on everyone’s screen. If anyone opens it the notification no longer appears. Would it be possible that the notification only shows up for the person that sent it. Or until the person that sent it closes it out.

We would like to see better reporting on client services. When we go to different reports, it will give us different numbers on things. For instance, we really need a more conscise report on abortion minde/determiend women who change their minds. One report that can be totally different is the Vitae report from any other reports.

Sometimes we miss messages if we don’t go in and look that there are messages within the Portal. Making them larger, or colored, even a sound. Could it possibly have a reminder email or another sound after an hour or two as a possible 2nd reminder? Could it also be sorted by location? Or staff member? We have multiple offices and multiple volunteers within those offices, trying to make it easier for the clients I specifically need to message vs all the messages from every center.

We are a very busy center, trying to continue to reach as many abortion minded clients as possible, while raising our level of excellence and streamlining processes. It has been difficult to take advantage of other services due to lack of integration. Our highest current needs are: e-scripts, editable intake forms, a place for physicians to sign off on STI testing and treatment, a place in medical tab to enter prenatal vitamins given and other medical tasks that can be tracked. We also need a pluslink update. We need PlusLink to be able to at minimum offer 2 different types of appointments, on for pregnancy testing with the intentions of parenting and one for the abortion minded pregnancy tests. Being able to have at least a couple different distinctions between appointments will make the scheduler more managable to use with OptionLine, Infinite Worth, Life Lead, and the website.

Feedback of experience with Ekyros and Quickbooks
We recently completed a merge from QuickBooks to Ekyros, which was quite an involved process requiring many hours and several video calls with their team. Some of the challenges we encountered seem to stem from differences between operating in Canada and Ekyros being based in the U.S. We’re still in the process of determining whether all of the time and effort invested will fully meet our needs. A huge shout out to Maggie at Ekyros for assisting us in this process and doing her absolute best to get us up and runnng! We also sent out our tax receipts through SendGrid, but unfortunately ran into some difficulties. Many of the emails were filtered into donors’ spam folders, and recipients were only given the option to print their receipts rather than download them, which caused some inconvenience. We’re also not entirely sure how many donors successfully received their receipts, and we’re continuing to receive calls from those who have not yet received them. I just had a call with Maria from FundEasy on March 25, 2026. She asked for our feedback. What I would love to see FundEasy be able to do for us is the following: -send out our donor’s tax receipts as an attachment and not have the emails go to spam folders -send out our monthly newsletter to our prayer partners and donors -process monthly donors and one-time donations through credit card. -Be able to successfully link Ekryos to Quickbooks, so that our everything matches.
